We have an urgent hiring need for experienced Call Center Representatives in North Houston.

POSITION SUMMARY

Ideal candidates have an outgoing, positive, confident demeanor. They are motivated, resourceful, solution-oriented, and have a resilient work ethic. Candidates must be great listeners and have a track record of working well with others in a team environment.

This is a hybrid position after the in-office training period.

Call center hours are M-F, 7am-7pm.

Pay Rate: $15/hr-$18/hr (depending on experience)

Duration: 6 months+

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Building relationships that foster trust and loyalty through excellent communication, consultative selling, problem solving, expectation setting, and reliable follow up
• 2-3 years minimum call center experience with high volume inbound and outbound calls
• Proven ability to talk, listen, think, and type at the same time while providing excellent customer service

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Direct experience in a sales and/or customer service-oriented work environment
• Retail energy experience preferred but not required
• Bilingual candidates a plus
• Experience with CRM systems
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening skills.
• Ability to "read between the lines" and pick up on contextual clues
• Ability to relate to people
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
• High level of professionalism.
• Naturally inquisitive with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Strong computer skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to procedure and protocol changes
